Webb tight BW quiver?
« on: November 15, 2007, 11:27:00 PM »
I have a BW MA II 62" @ 53lbs bow. Contemplating springing for the riser mounted bushings for the Webb tight BW 5-7 arrow quiver. What are other BW shooter's opinions of this quiver? IS it too heavy, good for long arrows (32") and easy to detach? i would value your opinions. I have also thought about the Thunderhorn Boa- any BW MA shooters with experience with this quiver? Thanks for your honest feedback. Jon

I use the Thunderhorn Boa (Limb bolt model), it's a great quiver, but only holds 6 arrows. But that plenty for me.

I also have an MA11, 64".  I got this bow with the BW 5/7 quiver.  At first I shot the bow without the quiver, because I have never been a big fan of bow quivers.  One day I decided to put the quiver on and try shooting it.  I loaded it with just 5 arrows and was really surprised at the feel of the bow when shooting.  The BW quiver angles the fletching back a little and the bow did not feel lopsided with the extra weight.  Now I shoot that bow with the quiver on all the time.  My arrows are about 30", no problems with fletching clearance from shaft to shaft.
