Janne,
Don't know how to draw lines on a picture.
I'll describe what I see.
Look at your bow shoulder and drawing shoulder.  The line from front shoulder to back shoulder forms an angle to the arrow of about 25 degrees.  That line should be parallel to the arrow.  I suspect that your bow shoulder is quite high and forward if seen from the front.

I would recommend that when you start to draw, the first motion that you make is to move your shoulders so they point directly at the target then complete your draw around that base.

I cannot describe it better than that, your drawing arm is in good alignment with the arrow -- you want to keep that position.  Keep your bow shoulder down and back.

Post a top and front view will help.

Good luck.

Janne,

You have the right idea!!  In your second picture, the shoulder line is much better but still needs to come more parallel to the arrow.

You are correct that what you are doing now WILL hurt your shoulder.

Start your draw with that bow shoulder low and relaxed, bow arm pointed down at about a 45 degree angle, then lift the bow arm up toward the target but keeping you bow shoulder low.

Janne-I don't consider myself an expert by any means, but you might try practicing with your heavy hunting clothes more. Looks to me like if you had on a heavy coat your string would catch every time and tell you to pull your bow shoulder back more and more until it clears. Just a thought hope it helps.   Ron

Hi, just get back. i were shooting 2hours and i analyze my form litlebit more. I realize that i loose my accuracy in releasing point. i cant release string smoothly... i have tried backtension and dead version, but eather ways, its doesnt work. When i shoot 3under i get smooth release but splitfinger style its hard.

Try not thinking about the release. Make sure your draw hand and forearm are as tension free as possible. Think more about your back tension and remember that you want to pretty much keep increasing it. Never let up on it. Also, keep the back tension for 3 seconds after the shot (part of your follow through). The release will happen by itself if you let it.
