Yes very good.

Get a deep hard anchor point and keep what ya got till the arrow hits home.

Thanks everyone for all the help. just wanted to give an update I have been taking all the advise and shooting the bale working on form. I was working on form today at 7 yards and this was my best 5 arrow group. It is making a big difference.
