Finished some painting at 4:30PM, strung the '64 Kodiak and headed out for a little shooting before the paper comes. I'm spraying shots all over from 10-20 yards. Bad arrow flight, arrows leaping 1' high and 1' left, good arrows, you name it. I figured I'm not coming to a full draw and pulled more. It got worse and the bow was making a dull thud sound occaisionally.
Gave up and walked down for the mail and felt my left shirt pocket. My reading glasses and case were under my coat causing the string to catch it on most shots creating the wacky shots. Duhhh.
Took it out and the next four were right in there and flying straight. So boys and girls, clear out your shirt pockets when you go shooting.
