Bare shaft tuning

I have searched and read up on tuning my bow. I have a Zona one piece long bow 49#@26" 64"amo. I'm shooting Goldtip Tradtitional 35/55 arrows with 100gr inserts and 125gr heads.

According to Adcock,  they are flying well correct? This round from 15 yards.
Now I have to tune the broadheads. More reading and shooting!

I use the same article and it has worked great for me.  After bare shaft tuning my broadheads go where my field points go, provided that they are mounted straight.

Do ya have to have hold the bow verticle to bareshaft tune?  What about target height, about shoulder high or set it on the ground?

Should hold the bow vertical and have the target about the height of the arrow when you are at full draw.  That way there is greater chance for the arrow to fly straight.

Remember a lot of weight in the front of the arrow is not a good thing on long shots if you shoot targets.

looks good to me ...as far as foc i say shoot what u hunt.. and efoc pulls the arrow through the air creating better flight and penitration. keep up the good shootin.

I use the same article for tuning with great results. You may want to back up to longer ranges to see how it works then also. Looking great so far though.

Looks good. Remember, your OK with a little extra stiffness in the spine, but not with a weakly spined arrow. Make sure the unfletched arrow never hits right of the fletched one (meaning a weaker spine)
