First you must upload your pictures to a photo hosting site like Photobucket.  Then copy the URL of your photo from Photobucket and hit the IMAGE button at the bottom of the posting box and a PROMPT box will pop up and you paste your URL into this box.  Hit OK and the image will show up in your post.
