Targets3D, If you have a relaxed bow hand, LET the bow do what IT wants -- don't try to control it. This can be scary the first few times, I'd recommend a bow sling or finger sling to secure the bow from dropping. Once you learn the relaxed grip you may or may not want to lose the sling. Note too that a relaxed grip allows your fingers to lightly rest on the back of the grip. A relaxed grip IS NOT having your fingers sticking straight out.
