I have to admit, every day is different.  Some nights i shoot hundreds.  Others i may only shoot 4 or 6.

Physical conditioning comes into play for me also.  If i am tired or weak from not shooting it will vary.

I also vary the amount greatly.  I have been able to shoot every day this year, but some days it is only three and other days 50 or 60 shots.  As far as concentration goes that also depends on the day.  I definately start to feel it after 36 arrows if they are within minutes of each other.

As I'm specifically training for a European Field tourney in July which is 112 arrows a day for 5 days, My training goal is to shoot 112 arrows with good form and concentration.

Pleased with progress so far, distances range from 10 to 80 yards and only missing around 3-4 non scoring arrows per round (unsighted recurve) so I feel concentration levels are good, I'm still refining form consistency to try and reduce those missed shots and I'm always working to improve accuracy.

One of my goals is to shoot a clean round with no missed arrows, best I've done to date was one missed arrow at 70y, finding it a tougher challenge than I thought.    :)

I shoot three and then go pull them. Then three again and then go pull them. Generally I do this about 8 to 10 times a day as of lately. So let's say about 24-30 arrows a day on average.

I vary also. Last night I shot around 100 arrows. The night before maybe 10. My concentration wasn't there the night before, and last night everything was clicking so I kept shooting till I got tired.

Some days I try to shoot the fewest number of shots until all of the arrows I'm carrying (usually 4) are in the bull.  Shoot all four once, if 2 are bulls I pull the other two and repeat.  I number my arrows, though I can't say it's helped me shoot better yet. Above all, I always focus hardest on the first arrow, as mental conditioning for hunting.

Varies from day to day. Concentration is always my limiting factor.
Having done so much, with so little, for so long, I can now do anything with nothing.

Lately due to a sore shoulder (got too enthusiastic with a new heavier bow), I've limited my shooting to about 25-30 arrows.

I've been playing a little game.  I shoot one arrow at a time starting at 10 paces.  When I hit less than 2" away from the small spot I'm aiming at, I take another step back.  I do this out to 20 paces (end of my yard).  Tonight it took 23 arrows to complete.

I tend to shoot 1 at a time. My concentration is better with 1 at a time. I'll shoot anywhere from 6 to 36 shots a day.

I shoot for about 30 minutes. 3 to 4 arrows at a time from various positions and places in the yard.

By changing my angle, position ( standing, sitting, kneeling, leaning around trees) it keeps me focused the whole time.
