I would like to improve every aspect of my form. I've noticed recently that when I'm trying to work on a part of my form, my shooting gets worse (because my focus is split). Later, when I "just shoot," things seem fine again. I imagine there is a long-term benefit from paying attention to form in the short term, but It might be better to have some sort of schedule or plan for this. For example: Monday I just focus on my release, Tuesday I just shoot, Wednesday form master etc...
Do any of you have a training plan or method? What has worked for you and what's your reasoning behind it? Thanks alot - John
