HUGE IMPROVEMENT!!!!! You are really looking good and as you say, it will take some practice to get it to be consistent.
One thing I would suggest now is a technique to help you FEEL the drawing sequence and get you even more into your back. If you watch your drawing elbow in both clips, see how that elbow is moving in a slight upwards direction? Try this, when you raise the bow to draw, bring your bow hand, arrow and string arm up as high as your nose and try to draw moving your string arm elbow in a slight downward direction to full draw position. Right now, you are starting the draw at about shoulder level.
When your elbow is moving upwards as it is in the videos, you are using only the top of your shoulder to draw (deltoids). This makes it harder to really transfer to your back (rhomboids).
The high to low motion makes you use the back of the shoulder (rather than the top) and makes the transfer to the back easier because it is in the same line (direction).
Snake, great improvement! Keep at it.
