Help me this, when you aim point on do you point before you draw and come to anchor or after you come to anchor?

I would say that you are aiming to some degree from the moment you take your stance. By the time you reach your anchor, the arrow should be pointed close to where you want it to go, with some fine-tuning after you are anchored.
