10 4,
Thanks Arne! I'll look into it right away. Thats actually good to hear its me and not the equipment. I've been battling spine issues for awhile so...
I'm having a difficult time getting my release down, your video might answer these questions but I'll ask anyways.
When you release, is your goal to release quickly without/ less of interference with your shooting hand.
OR... do you more or less want to slide or roll your fingers off the string? BTW I use a glove.
Other then that I've been trying to establish a proper ancho point, when I shot compound forever it was easy. Bring the release to your corner of your mouth, nose on the string. With a recurve I'm trying that, but it seems if I'm not thinging it all the time, I'll release rght before it touches that spot on my face. BUT! I'm pretty sure after those years of shooting wheelie bow, its burned in my head. Because even if I don't come all the way back where my finger is touching my face, when I let go my finger hits me in the same spot on my mouth every time! ahah, so I guess I'm still consistant???
Thanks again Arne
