Rigid Formaster

Looks like a pretty good training aide.  Anyone do a home made job of one of these.  I remember seeing a post somewhere people have made modifications to it but can't seem to find it.  Anyone have a used one they are willing to part with.

Easy to make one yourself for a couple of dollars.

I made one like the one above when the first how to came out, works great and real easy to do and you may have most of the material just lying around.  I’ve been using it here the last couple of months and it is a truth detector if your not in your back or your bow arm collapses on the shot it will tell on  you.
