Kieth,

Could be several things but the one that comes to mind first is, how relaxed is your string forearm and wrist?  Try to get that "deep hook" then relax your entire forearm, wrist and hand AND if you can, relax that biceps too.

There is definitely something wrong, your fingers should NOT feel pain, much less blister!!

Usual request == pictures/video??

Keith sounds like your shooting off your finger pads instead of getting a deep hook on the string, this will cause blisters and also varied hand tension on string that worsens with more shooting

Thank's, I have been under a lot of stress lately, I went from averaging 270 for 30 targets to shooting a 177 in my last tourn a couple weeks ago, up until then I had won all but one 3d shoot I had been to. I just stopped shooting last Sunday. Went out this morning and completely relaxed everthing and the bow just goes off, no tension,dont even feel the bow or the string really. just need to stay relaxed and focused.
