Anchoring point and eye's

What kind of anchoring point do you use while shooting with a traditional bow. I find that I just can't get a comfortable one. Also do you guys shoot with one eye closed?

I havevrecently moved to anchoring on the front edge of my cheeckbone with my top finger and draw broached back to My top finger on bow hand.  This aligned the arrow better with my eye and has reduced my left/right margin of error.  I shoot both eyes open split finger

I shoot split finger and anchor with my middle finger in the corner of my mouth and then with the first knuckle of my thumb behind my jaw bone.  Definitely shoot both eyes open as well.

If you have to shoot with one eye closed, you may be cross-eye dominant. If you're shooting right handed, but have to close your left eye, you may want to consider shooting left handed. Then you can keep both eyes open. It's not as crazy as it sounds. I've shot shotgun right-handed all my life, but switched over with the bow and inside a couple of weeks it was feeling as natural as shooting right handed.

It's definitely worth checking to see which is your dominant eye.
