Osage Trilogy
« on: November 23, 2007, 07:37:00 AM »
Just thought I share my weapons of choice to go from field dressing to freezer.  Just finished up the bottom meat processing blade.  It evolved from all the blades everyone tried at the Quebec Bear Quest.  Very thin deep blade to slice and fillet out your favorite cut.  Can you tell that I'm an osage nut  :)   Doc

More stunning work Jeff!
I'm with you - I think osage is one of the most beautiful woods anywhere.  You show it well with the cool cuts to highlight the grains.
Very nice!

Yeah, what GK said!!
I know your knives as soon as I look. They're unique and so nice to look at, but also look like they're suppose to be used.
