Don't sweat it.
For whatever reason a lot of us have struggled with this at times. Proof is the books, videos and coaching to beat it.
I believe that we all need to remember that in the scope of life this isn't really a "problem". Problems are things like illness, losing your job, etc.
take the pressure off of ourselves and remember that shooting is fun. Enjoy the process, indulge in the relaxation of flinging a few arrows, these moments are "our time", no one telling us what to do, no other tasks to finish. Make a bad shot? Who cares? Purposely let down periodically just before a shot, walk to another spot and draw again. Snap shoot one arrow and hold longer than normal on another. Can't do it? Why not? Your the one holding the bow, you can do whatever you want. Sounds simple? Yep, because its true.
Remove the pressure, it doesn't exist, it's not real.
Focus on the fun.
