There is no easy way to answer your question without seeing what you are doing. And you may not (probably won't) like this suggestion.
In general, I'll suggest this. Your anchor references on your face should be the result of your draw, NOT a target of the draw. You shouldn't arbitrarily decide to place your hand at some point on your face. You draw to establish bone on bone structure (ideally with back tension) and THEN find where your hand should be (it ends up where it ends up, not where you THINK you should put it). Getting your body's structure (form) correct is far more important than where your hand is placed.
Left/right errors are frequently the result of alignment - which leads to stability in the shot.
