Pretty darn good Bill!!! The only thing I'd suggest from what I can see is to get into the back a little more.
ONE way to do that is to lift a little higher before the start of the draw. Try lifting the arrow up to about nose level then as you draw, feel a slight downward motion as you draw to anchor. Right now, if you watch your elbow in the behind view, you can see it moving in an upwards direction.
Try to get it moving a little more downward. That will cause you to use more back muscle and reduce the string hand flip quite a bit.
Really, you have a nice shot that I think many others would like too.
