Ok, I'm hoping that this will make sense. I'm slowly tuning my bow. I finally have my bare shafts hitting with my fletched shafts pretty well. By pretty well I mean they are hitting together but It's acting like the shafts are weak. I see the bare shafts coming out nock left and when I shoot the fletched shafts, they fly perfect but impact left.
I don't have the greatest release. I'm working on it and it's getting a lot better, I just get lazy and don't repeat each time.
So, I'm not sure what my question is, but I'm hoping some of you guys may have some input.
I have a 58" striker sport. I have the brace height set at 7&3/4". It's 50# at 28 and my draw is 27". I'm shooting gold tip trads with 12 grain inserts, 125 grain tips with 4" feathers and a 12 grain nock.
I do notice that I'm building some callous on the bottom of my ring finger and I do feel the pressure on that finger at times while shooting. I'm really paying attention to keeping my elbow in line with the arrow.
If you have any input, I would love to hear it.
