I played around for about two years making BBQ sauce until I was satisifed. This is the one I make all the time now. It's kind of a cross between a Texas style and Lousinana style. It's good and worth a try.
1 1/2 cups Ketchup
1/4 cup Orange juice
1/8 cup Mustard
1 1/4 cups Apple cider Vinegar (Apple cider,not regular)
1 stick butter
1/2 tbsp. Red Pepper (to your tastes,this is a little spicy)
1 1/2 tbsp. Dry Mustard
1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tbsp. Chili Powder
3 tbsp Molasses
1/2 onion grated (1/2 Red & 1/2 Sweet)
2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Worcester Sauce
