Q'd up Ham

Get a full hind quarter of a wild hog.
Tony Chachares
Lemon Pepper
Butter
Cajun Enjector
Aluminum Foil

1. Melt the desired amount of butter you want used.

2. Mix the melted butter with Tony's and lemon pepper.

3.  Take the Cajun Enjector and enject the ham with the mixture.  Make sure you enject the desired amount of flavoring.

4.  Take the ham and wrap it with the foil.

5. Put it on the pit for about 2 hours. This really depends on the size of the ham using.

6.  Slice it up for sum good ol eatin'!!!
