Whump Sez: cut up deer meat from any where on the deer into dice size or bigger chunks. you can decide how much[I use a whole shoulder sometimes] Place this in a pot of water and squeeze it a few time to get the blood out. Throw this over in the crock pot--add 3 medium size potatoes[chunked] with skins on, 3 or 4 carrots sliced[skins on] 4 small green long stem onions,[chopped] 1/2 white or red onion [diced], 1 small Halp. pepper, 1/2 cup mushrooms or substitute campbels cream of mushroom soup, 1tbs salt,1tabs
black pepper. fill pot up to within 2" of top with water. Turn crock pot on high and go to bed. I have let this mixture cook for a little as 6 hrs and as long as 13hrs. You will not be disappointed. Hunt safe.
