Are you looking for a smoker that holds 100# of meat or one that weighs 100#?  If it is 100# of meat, what do you plan on smoking in it?  Shoulders, brisket, chicken, ribs, sausage, or jerky.  Shoulder and brisket are 10-18# and take up way less space than say 10# of jerky, which needs to be hung or spread on racks.

dont seem to be i have a 1/4" plate over the fire box and the heat comes out from the edges
