I have a small charbroil h2o electric smoker.If I put 10 trout in,at what temp and how long should I smoke.Approx. is fine.

If you set your temp at 165 and use a meat thermometer when inside temp reaches that it should be done. The 165 temp is a good rule of thumb for most smoked meat. Bergie
