My son Barrett (14 yrs old) and I had a marinade contest and let the family decide on the best one...He won! Here it is:

Worestershire Sauce
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Black Pepper
Salt
Brown Sugar

Marinate overnight in fridge.

Butter milk, garlic, black pepper and rosemary- 24hr -scrape off the milky stuff before cooking -
