Marinated 8 lbs of venison yesterday and last night and got it started in the dehydrator this morning. Going to be some good munch food for the Tenn Classic

Got five packs out of the first cooking, have another full cooking to do tomorrow, and then will do a huge batch of burger sticks.

That looks great Charles. I got a new cabinet smoker last weekend. I might make up a batch of smoked jerky this week.
