I just had some goat cheese laced grits, with sea salt and pepper- a five variety tomato(orange, yellow, tiger striped, and red meaty ones in a salad with thyme, basil, blood orange, olive oil and lemon juice dressing mixed with finely grated garlic and fine chopped chili pepper- minus the seeds- and grilled hog chops stuffed with a goat cheese and tarragon mix.
Home made iced tea with mortar and pestled home grown mint, with a fresh slice of mango in the glass.
The grits were smooth, creamy, and went great with the other items....I've grown to really enjoy them since living in the South.
