Make sure to take out all the glands when cleaning. Like anything else the smaller and younger the better. Marinaide in zesty italian dressing. Have wrapped it in bacon and grilled and have drowned with sweet baby rays. I try to teach my boys to eat everything they kill so we eat a lot of pigeons and ground hogs. If all else fails just wrap ith bacon and grill.
