I just tried something new to me. Deep fried Venison. Cut steak(I had some backstraps leftover)1" x1/4" thick, dip in your favorite fish batter(shorelunch or such) I dropped mine into my Fry-Daddy and about 4 minutes later golden brown and delicous! What a great way to take a lean healthy meat and make fatty and good!!LOL Really try it. Easy and suprisingly good. Kyle
