Thinking about firing up the Smoker this weekend. Weather hasn't been to good this winter for outdoor cooking. Might be time for a cookout.

Id walk to Kansas for some of that. I was watching my boy Andrew Zimern last night eating Q in Chicago and I decided I need a smoker. Looks like you aren't new to that art.
