There has been a gator hunt donated on the St Judes auction the last couple of years. It has gone for a very reasonable price. It is in Florida.

You have to draw for tags her in SC, it usually takes 2 to 3 years to get a tag.

I shot this guy, here in TX, but if you are having to travel (and for the sheer numbers) I would look in Florida.

I agree that FL will be your easiest option.  Georgia has a lottery and I had a tag a few years ago.  Hoping for another soon.

They're like flies and love bugs in Florida, thicker than you can count in the right waters....

As previously stated, Georgia's hunt is a draw system. Thanks to the silly gator shows on the TV, our system is bogged down with applicants that draw tags and never even go. I guide in Georgia and we have a LOT of gators. Florida is a great option with a better chance of a tag.

Very nice gators Bisch and Stumpknocker.

Check out Osceola Outfitters in Florida--Hoppy Kempfer is the owner and a great guy to put you on a gator.  Web site is  www.osceolaoutfitters.com.

I didn't think AL's system had much of a wait, but I might be wrong.  I was planning on putting in for next year's tags.
