I often see Joe St.Charles selling some of these. Try "stcharlesarchery" on ebay.

Hi Falk;
        Thank you , for pointing out the " Para Rests" ,However the Bear ones have a larger Bearing surface and are leather backed.

Joe St. Charles would still be the best place to check, here's his email:

I have taken a mascara brush and sanded the back thinner. I do it on a slight angle so the finished rest will be tilted up slightly. Then cut a slot in a piece of leather and use contact cement to glue to the window. The one I'm shooting now has been on the bow for 3 years with no sign of wear.

SERGIO

I bought a set of three SAXON brush rests off ebay.  As far as I can tell, they are thesame as the Bear brush rests, except that they have the Saxon logo instead of Bear.  Ifthey are not eact, they are close enough, because I took one off them off the leather plate and used it as the rest that inserts into the sight plate on a routed bear riser..  They were pretty cheap.  Check ebay for 'brush rest?

Hi Jack;
       Thank you for the advice! I just checked e-bay no Luck! Will keep looking. I think the saxon rests are exactly the same.
