IDENTIFY OLD RECURVE
«
on:

Please help to identify an old semi recurve with green glass. I have no idea how to post pics but I can tell you exactly what is written on the bow:
Under Grip Area: CAT. S 974
LGTH. 5'6"
SER. J- 456
WT. @ 28" 70XX
*All writing is on the lower part of the riser and nothing on the limbs*
Thanks for any help.

It is a very light color core and riser wood such as maple. The bow has no tip or riser overlays and a leather tennis style wrap (not sure if wrap is original but it looks like it could be.
Thanks,

It is a 1960 Ben Pearson Stallion. What do I win?
It's at the top of what was advertised as production weight for that model (30#-70#) I believe that was the only year for that model in that length- 66". CKruse
