Need Help w/a Kodiak Magnum
« on: June 17, 2007, 11:28:00 PM »
The only markings on the front of the bow are "Kodiak Magnum - Glass Powered" and on the inside just some patent numbers.  It also says "Canada 1953".  The front of the handle is the white or ivory color like the tips and it has the medalion. It also has the accessory hole in the front and is 48" tip to tip un-strung.  I have some pics but one of you guys will have to educate me on how to load them.
Im just looking for information on the thing so I can get a string ordered/built for it.
Thanks in advance!

It is 1971 or later. If it has a 2 tone riser, it is a 1971 or 1972. (flat coin). If it is green anda raised coin, 1973 to 1978.

Thanks Toad.  It appears that the markings that are supposed to be on the handle are gone.  The bow has been in my family since the early seventies.  My Uncle purchased it right after he got home from Vietnam.
