Boy after following 4runr's K-Mag thread, I feel handicapped for even asking this question.. Just curious if anyone has changed the file on an old Bear file.. Picked one up, handle cleaned up fine but the file is trash.. Up for suggestions.

Clamp the file in a vise and warm that file up just in front of the handle with your alchol burner and the handle should slip right off.....not to hot!!!!!!!! they were shoved on warm.... bowdoc
