I need help identifying the maker of this bow...

Hey folks...maybe yall can tell me who made this bow...Ive had it for over 9 years...its has +65+ for poundage, and its around 69# @ 28.numbers are as follows...KO3143R...its 56 in..tx in advanced..

Looks alot like a 1970-72 Shakespeare Kaibab, which would be 56 inches also.

tx dudes...the bow is a fast shooter, and has brought down many a whitetail....all but 1 was pass thru shots

Hi jhp,
I agree, it sure looks like a Shakesphere, Kaibab.
That is a really nice bow. I have an Shakesphere Ocala, which looks very similar but the riser is a bit longer and the overall length is 60".

They are kind of hard to find, but they do turn up now and then.

My Ocala is a great shooter too! Smooth and fast. Even at it's lower draw weight of 53# @ 28".
These are very underrated bows in my opinion.

The design is attributed to Ernie Root, who worked on the design team for Shakesphere when they aquired the Root Bow Company.
