Quivers out of Antlers w/Pics
« on: December 02, 2007, 07:55:00 PM »
Check out these quivers my buddy makes out of antlers.  They can be worn as back quivers or on your side.  He is working on a bowquiver as well.

I guess if we run into the bear that is making these tracks, we oughta just get off the trail.......He seems to like it!

Nice works of art but they look like they would catch on every thing in the woods,

I would cut the tine off, then I think it would be a functional quiver

Interesting, but not something something I'd want to have "hanging up" or otherwise getting in the way. No to mention, it only takes one Mental Midget to see "antlers" moving through the brush.

Those would make beautiful wall hangers, but it also seems like a good way to get an arrow shot through you.  I've learned not everyone verifies their target before shooting.

Verrrry cool 3-D quivers. I like that last one, with its reverse curve and birchbark. The first one looks sturdy, and like it would carry well.

Tippit made one kinda like that last year with a single beam and no tines if I remember right with a bow quiver. Like Killie love the birch bark too.<><

Those of us that have seen Ed's work over the years have watched it progress from a craftsman to the work of a true artist.  His line of quivers and turkey calls are one of a kind pieces of art.  Thanks for sharin' jake! dino

Beautifuuly done, but lQQks more like something for 3D shoots and range or to display your bow.
