Frank San Marco longbow
« on: September 19, 2008, 08:59:00 PM »
I have a Frank San Marco long bow that I have owned for about 30 years.I shot it the day I got and put it away. The bow is 68"-59#@28" with yew wood lams and dark brown glass, glossy finish. It has dished handle with single strand leather wrapping. The bow looks like the day it was made.
I am considering selling it but I have no way of judging its worth. There aren't any listed on the web.
I would appreciate it if any  trad. gang collectors could help me out.
                        Thanks,
                         Vinnie D

I can't imagine it selling for less than $1000.  Sorry, I don't have that to spend on it.    :(

I have a couple of those also. I would not sell at this time as the prices are way down on everything regardless of the vintage. Hang on to it and if the economy picks up you may get anywhere from 500.00 to 1000.00 for it.
