Anyone every heard of a Lame Bear Bow. Guy I know has a long bow that has the following written on the side. Lame Bear
ser # 91012
55# @ 28"
68" RT
This bow came apart on him at the handle but really liked the way it shot and would like to find another one. He would also like a little history on this bow. Any help please.

OK, I knew it was coming. Really that is the name inscribed on the bow. Very nice looking bow until it blew up. The owner would like to know something about it.

I have never heard of a "Lame Bear".
Now I am not into longbows, and there is probably a ton of back yard bowyers that I have never head of, some makeing really good stuff.
Good luck in your search

The most important part of your hunting setup is the broadhead. The rest is just the delivery system.

I will try in a day or two. Have to make the guy a couple of strings for other bows first before I drive back to his archery shop.
