it is a Super Mag 48, built after 1970 with a 43 lb draw weight, great for ground blind hunting...good luck

Mid 70's bow that is a nice little blind bow or tree stand bow. I don't like the way they stack myself. They work and they will take deer. Not a bow to take 50 targets on the range. Strictly a hunting bow if you can shoot it.

Lots of finger pinch though.  Suggest that you get used to a three finger under draw.  Still will have finger pinch...but not quite as bad.

The most important part of your hunting setup is the broadhead.  The rest is just the delivery system.
