Thought this was a nice looking fixer-upper but boy was I off on its value, got sniped big time. What is this one and why is it so $$$$$? 280294243929

It's a 1960 in pretty nice condition.  After talking with the seller, it was appears there was quite a bit more stress than the pictures revealed.  

Pretty good fixer upper though I'd say.
