I assume you are refering to the maroon color glass early polars. I have had a lot of them and they seem to be plentiful. 40.00 to 75.00 is a good price range depending on condition and poundage.

Hey 50 do be careful on some buying of bows from different auction sights some times. The seller will have a friend falsely run the price up.I do not recall to many Polars of that year going for over 200.00.bd

It is worth what someone wil lpay for it.  IF someone pays $210 for it, then it is worth it.

However, as Dc warned, there are guys out there that will run the price up.

If you don't know too much about traditional bows, be careful.

I just went and looked at that.  Seems kind of expensive.  I would trust Doc and Papalapin.  I wouldn't pay that much either.  There are still some real nice bows out there at decent prices if you are patient.

thanks everyone for your help and input. i could have been a proud owner of a $210.00......$80.00 bow. some times it helps to have different eyes, look at what you are seeing. i hope you all have a happy new year and thanks once again,50#
