Congrats TJ. Got a pair of Abe's Silver Fox bows myself. Aint it sweet how he blends the limb caps into the riser?

Abe is one of the most talented bowyers out there when it comes right down to it. Gorgeous bows that shoot even better. How long did ya have to wait for it?

You will have to make it to some OSTA shoots this year and bring that bow. I am tired of having the prettiest bow at them. Everyone can ask to look at yours now. LOL

(As if we dont like talking about our bows)

Enjoy,
BP

Hey BP,

I'll see what I can do but I'm sure I'll make it to a couple shoots. I agree I love the way he blends the limb caps. I put the order in on march 31, 2007. It would have been done in august but he was experimenting with the inlay of the curly maple wood burning. Then if you know Abe, you know when hunting season hits he doesn't really build bows. So that's why it took a little longer. It came out great and was worth the extra wait.

Great looking bow T.J. I recived my silver fox in July,I have many of Abe's bow's. Abe does some amazing work. Paul Walker was shooting a movie here in Winnipeg this past summer and he is an avid bowhunter himself, we met at the local archery range, and he just fell in love with the long bow. So we took him out to Abe's shop to try out a few bows, and he fell for the paraguin. So thats what he went home with, I even think he slept with that bow in his hotel room........lol. Good luck with the new bow.

T.J., very pretty bow - do you have any pics of the bow's profile when strung?

BTW, I LOVE the shape of Abe's risers on that Silver Fox.

Well all of my trad bows are longbows. But this used cari-bow taima came into the archery range yesterday it is just mint. It was one of Abe's personal bows that he sold. There is no limb bolts on the limbs I think they fit on with a dove tail it is a real looker and shooter 54@28 and 56" long. I am heading down to the range rite now to pick it up.

Darren, you  better post pics.

Snag, my girlfriend doesn't let me sleep with it but it's the first thing I touch in the morning and the last when I go to bed.

Native, I will get one up asap for you.

Thanks, T.J..
I really like that limb profile.  I think I'm going to have to start saving my pennies.

Looking at this beauty, I feel a bit like I'm cheating on the Featherhorn that I bought from him at the W.V. Expo.
