Shawn - Great going on the coyote. Glad to see you with the first kill with a Bear Alaskan and Razorhead.

Noticed there are still 2 arrows in your bow quiver, in keeping with the true Fred Bear style. Rarely did Fred have more than one or two arrows in his quiver after a kill.

Very nice work Shaun!

My partner and I tried coyote calling and hunting in eastern WA for a couple days last week. We saw 7, but could not get them in close enough for a shot.

Coyote with a trad bow is a tougher task than a P&Y whitetail IMHO.

Wade, I finished up the repairs on the Alaskan quiver you gave me. Lexol and elbow grease followed by lt tan and redish brown boot polish, new separator and zipper ties added. Ready for the next Happy B-day '59 outing. Thanks so much for the tour of your collection and the hospitality... and of course this fine quiver.

Shawn - Almost didn't recognize the quiver. Glad you were able to bring new life to it. Hope by the end of the Happy BD 59 season, you have it filled with only bloody arrows.

Why aren't there any turkeys posted on this thread yet?

Our season opens Monday and I'm going to do my best to remedy that  ;)

You're in a great place Doug,  I have a couple of friends that hunt SE Iowa.
