Recurve Bow Question

Hey everyone. I have recently been handed down a recurve bow. Just wondering if anyone knows anything about it. Its a Young American, American Archer Made in Oconto Falls, WI. 5" Brace height. 56". I have pictures, e-mail me if you would like to see. Thaks for your help.

That looks like an awful short brace height...WRIST SLAPPER!!

I don't know about the model, but American made some decent solid shooters.

The most important part of your hunting setup is the broadhead.  The rest is just the delivery system.

Advertised in 1977 as a beginner bow or for camps and schools and sold for 39.95 at that time. From the 1977 issue of Archers Digest.
