Premium POC 1970's

Anyone have any idea who was producing premium POC around the 70's. No writing on them, and I have no idea what spine they are. Store owner gave me around 10 shafts said they came from Seattle.

Could be ACME they produced a variety of qualities-some very high-ACME Premium was the benchmark for POC in those days. The company was HQ'd in Oregon but sold by many dealers.
