Green Bear Razor Heads
« on: March 05, 2009, 01:17:00 AM »
I am trying to find a fair price on Green Bear Razor Heads. They have never been used or sharpened. Also the bleeders are taped to a set of instructions and folded over like a book. The heads are loose not on or in a package.
Any help would be welcome, thank you, Tom M

They sell at a fairly wide price range, depending on model and condition.  $2.00 to $10.00 each.

If they are the newer '64 and later models they often sell for $2.00 to $5.00 each. Pte 64 Razorheads usually command slightly better prices.

You have any pics?

I have often bought them for $3/ea. but they may bring more with the bleeders in a package as a set, especially on the big auction site.

RON BURGES recommended to me once.

Put them on e8ay with a low starting price and an extremely high reserve.  Do not acknowledge what the reserve is.

Let the auction run, no one will reach reserve.  Whatever the high bid is wil lbe a fair value.

If someone mysteriously hits that extremely high reserve...sell 'em.

Thanks all, I was trying to get an idea of their value as a possible raffle item. We try to have a raffle at our trad shoot to raise more cash for a worthy cause. I was just wundering if they were worth the effort.
 Thanks agian, Tom M

Rather than a raffle item put them on a silent auction.
