Kurt,

Happy birthday.

Quitting is the best gift you can give your family, and yourself.  It's not fun watching someone waste away.

Keep up the good work.  I'm sure it's not easy, but hang in there, you've got lots of moral support from the posts I've read.

Please put me in for the bowrack.

Happy Birthday! And congrats on the non smoking, I quit myself on my 47th B-day, almost 7 years now.
My wife quit 4 months ago, but it took a bout with Lung Cancer to get her to see the light. She's about beat it because it was caught very early, but it definitely put the scare in her.
Think your give away is a great way of celebrating.

Happy birthday Kurt - I will be turning 46 on May 7th - never smoked cigarettes - lost my father to cancer - he smoked until he was 55.
Put me in for the rack - and thanks for the chance at it!

Quit the damn things myself back in '83, and NEVER regretted it! (Look at all the money I saved to buy more toys,   :D  AND I'm still healthy enough to play with 'em!!)

At 5 feet 4 inches I weighed 200 pounds, drank a case of beer a day and smoked 2 packs a day.  My doctor said, "Bill, you've just got to stop smoking."
That's how dangerous he considered smoking.
I did, and later gave up the gluttony and booze.
At 62, I'm in far better health and shape than I was at 42.
If I can do it, anyone can do it!
Put me in for the rack too, please.

That's great Kurt and I myself have stopped smoking cold turkey and drinking...The smokes about 14 yeare ago the booze will be ten years this Oct. 31st...I couldn't have done this without "God" picking me up when I was ready to stumble...Please include me in the drawing if you don't mind and Thank you...     :clapper:  Keefers <")))><

Happy birthday Kurt.I quit in Jan. this year after 35yrs of a pack a day. My Dad passed in Jan. from lung cancer. Thats when I got the chantix. Couldn't have quit without it. Still get the urges, but not as bad. Oh yea, it'll be 20yrs this Sept. for the drinkin.And please throw my name in the hat also. Thanks. Bob
