Bear Alaskan Info?

Friend picked up a Bear alaskan, 62" Darker Brown (he called it mohogany)riser with Green and yellow glass limbs.  serial # 9F12538.

Two tings requested if possible.

The possible year of the bow (can't do photos)

and the brace height.
